After your photography session with SnapStellar Studios, you can easily download your photos to cherish those memorable moments. This guide provides a clear and step-by-step process to help you access and save your photos securely and conveniently.

Step 1: Check Your Notification Email

Once your photos are ready, SnapStellar Studios will send you an email with a link to your private online gallery. Please ensure you check the inbox of the email address you provided during booking, including the spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Access Your Private Online Gallery

Click the link included in the notification email to enter your exclusive gallery. Alternatively, you can visit the SnapStellar Studios website at https://www.snapstellarstudios.com.au and navigate to the “Client Gallery” section.

Step 3: Log In Using Your Credentials

To ensure your privacy and security, you will need to enter the access code or login credentials provided to you with the email. Input these details exactly as received to enter your gallery.

Step 4: Browse and Select Your Photos

Once inside your gallery, you can view your photo collection from your recent session. Take your time to select the images you’d like to download and keep.

Step 5: Choose Download Options and Save Photos

After selecting your photos, choose your preferred download quality (such as high-resolution or standard). Click the download button to save your photos securely to your device.
